Peter Abraham and Amalie Benjamin of the Boston Globe report that Alex Rodriguez limped off the field with the help of trainers during batting practice on Saturday after being hit in the leg by a ball hit by Lance Berkman. Ramiro Pena has replaced him in today's lineup. A-Rod could possibly end up missing more than just today's game.
